In 1998 as a result of re-organization of the Group, a decision has been taken to create an autonomous company working in the filed of industrial engineering: ENGECO ROM SA.

Romania in general and Ploiesti in particular boasts of an exceptional tradition in the Oil & Gas industry. Over the last 100 years prestigious higher education institutions prepares highly specialized engineers, technicians, yard foremen and workers in this industrial field which is a vital branch of the National economy.

In Ploiesti approx. 60 engineers develop mechanical and electro instrumental design activities, using the most advanced 3D modelling systems, under the supervision of Italian managers.
